Q: Do you have any studios available to rent?
A: The best way to know when a studio becomes available is to complete our Application Form. When a tenant vacates a space, it is first offered to the other tenants. Once that process is complete, the available space is then offered to our pre-approved waiting list, and finally to the public. The best way to be in-the-know is to apply and be placed on our list.
Q: Do you have regular programming?
A: Our motto is “Working Spaces for Working Artists”. This means that our priority and approach is the rental of studios for artists to focus on their practice with minimal outside distraction. We only host one regular event: an annual Anniversary Open Studio in the Fall.
Q: What are your rental periods?
A: We rent studios on 1-year renewable lease terms.
